Cromwell Associates is a named point of contact that coordinates enquiries and introduces enquirers to specialists. We listen, record the relevant details, and make an introduction to a specialist we consider appropriate for the work, with your agreement.

We do not advise on, recommend, quote for, underwrite, arrange or draft regulated insurance, mortgage, legal, will, trust, probate, tax or estate-planning services. Nothing on this website is advice or a recommendation, and no content here should be relied on as such.

Where regulated advice is required, we introduce you to an appropriately authorised specialist. That specialist is responsible for the advice, the recommendation, any quotation, any acceptance decision, the documents produced and the terms of their engagement with you.

Sending an enquiry places you under no obligation to proceed. Ask us to explain any charges that would apply, and any remuneration we may receive for making an introduction, before you decide. The specialist you are introduced to sets out their own scope, fees and terms with you directly, and you should have those in writing before deciding whether to go ahead.

We do not claim regulatory authorisation, legal qualifications, professional-body membership, whole-of-market access, a provider panel, endorsements, awards or performance statistics. Where a detail of that kind is not stated on this site, it is because it is not currently claimed.
